Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Check out the newest staple in our home! 

These pancakes are made of three simple ingredients plus the optional but highly recommended vanilla, cinnamon and mix-ins of your choice (or ours, dark chocolate chips!)

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas 🍌
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1 cup oats

INSTRUCTIONS:
- blend bananas, eggs and oats together
- cook them in an oiled skillet
* tip - let them cook through on one side before flipping, they're more fragile than normal pancakes

Then dress with whatever you feel like and ENJOY!
